Grovedale is 95 minutes from Melbourne by train
I have a three bedroom home, two living areas and two bathrooms and two outside sitting areas. It has easy access and is opposite a reserve with lots of walking tracks.
It is less than a 5 minute walk from both IGA and Aldi stores and less than 15 minute walk to the train station and bus stops.
I require care and love for my 6year old cavoodle Albie. He is a gentle and loving boy and is very easy to look after.

collect mail, rubbish bins out, water plants if it doesn't rain.
Very easy house to live in. I have a gardener to mow the lawns
