One only pet -5yr old playful Bordie Collie, a daily walk would be great - but ball throwing exercise during day good too, very well behaved. Need a non-smoking person/couple to care for home & our dog like they are their own. You will need own vehicle as no public transport near home. House/yard require very minimal care, Toro ride-on for mowing if needed, but during cooler months will be minimum.
Plenty of room to park your own van if you travel with one.
