It’s an easy, comfortable home with one bedroom with a private bathroom, an integrated study nook, and a quiet balcony deck that’s perfect for evening drinks while watching the sunset. The apartment is modern, has ducted air-con, and generous spaces throughout. You’ll be just moments from great transport into the CBD, the lovely Lardelli Park and its lake, and the friendly village vibe of Putney.

Pets & farm animals

Our little whippet, Spritz, is a gentle dog who loves people and other dogs. She is fully toilet trained, used to ~3 walks a day (morning - lunchtime - evening). She loves to play and be around people, and particularly going for a run at our local dog park!
