We live in an Over 50’s Village in Ormeau – on the border of Gold Coast and Brisbane. Our house is a Two Bedroom, One Bathroom, single level house with all the mod cons. Air con in every room, TV in every room – including the deck. We have a Massage Chair, BBQ, Spa Pool. Our house is 50m from the communal Swimming Pool.
Alfie, our dog, is a Toy Poodle who likes his walks. He is very friendly. We have small gardens that would require your care and watering.
It is a 30 min drive to Surfers and 30 minutes to Brisbane city. Train is located only a 10-minute drive from us.
