We are seeking a cat lover to provide patient pampering to two precious pets. Both cats, Rozie is hesitant of new people, but James will soon be your best friend.

I am open to an extended stay either side of my dates if this helps you with your planning

This is an older style house in Silver Sands, Mandurah. It has the main bedroom free for you and is close to the beach, shops and public transport, including the train to Perth.

With this current weather, the garden requires daily hand watering. This takes me around half an hour on days when the sprinklers aren't on for the lawn. Those days, the handwatering is just a top up of those pots and lawn that aren't covered by the sprinklers.

Other things needing attending include: bringing in the mail and papers, feeding the cats and locking them in at night / letting him out in the morning, cleaning the litter tray, and ensuring there are water bowls topped up - I have a few around the property.

We have wifi, air conditdionging, gas cooker, but no dishwasher sorry. I look forward to hearing from, and all about you.

We do have pay tv but its not working too well atm... you're welcome to see if you can get it connected again! :)
