About

We have a house 40 meters from Quinns beach. From our large balcony we overlook the ocean where we can see the sunset every night! Our house has 3 bedrooms, ensuite and another bathroom and toilet in a separated area.
there is a large kitchen, dining and lounge area. We have a pot belly stove or a gas heater can be used in winter.

We have an 11 yo dog who needs minding and walking. Sheila, our dog, loves the beach and dog beach very close and generally lives on the verandah. Due to her age, Sheila only needs 6 hits of the tennis racket in the morning on her walk along dog beach.

Our house is on a bus route straight to Clarkson Station, on the Joondalup train line. It is close to shops, restaurants, Portofino's and the Mindarie Marina with restaurant and hotels and the boardwalk.

Pets & farm animals

Sheila is an 11 yo kelpie.
