About

We have a 4 bedroom house. Near parks and close to public transport. We are a 30 minute walk to the beach. We have a reasonable backyard. We would prefer just a couple of a single person, as at this stage we are going away for 8 months and would prefer not to empty out childrens rooms.

Pets & farm animals

We have a 2 year old Springer Spaniel. Who is lovely and wants to be everyone's friend. He is house trained, however will occassionally take a sock or shoe if not watched. He spends his time both inside and outside. Sleeping inside in a crate. We generally walk him about 30 mins per day and that keeps him happy.
