One-Bedroom Docklands Apartment with Great Amenities and Two Easy Cats

I am looking for a trustworthy house sitter for my comfortable one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in a Docklands complex.

The home:
• One bedroom (Queen)
• One bathroom (with bath)
• Full laundry with new smart washer and dryer
• Full kitchen including new dishwasher
• Air conditioner and electric fireplace for year-round comfort
• Smart television
• Wifi
• Private balcony
• Clean, modern, and easy to maintain
• 24/hour security

The building & location:
• Free access to upstairs gym
• Free access to outdoor pool and spa
• 3-minute walk to Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, Coffee Club, and other cafes/restaurants
• 3-minute walk to trams
• 10-minute tram ride to CBD

The cats:
• Two friendly cats, both under 3 years old
• Both cats require feeding and litter cleaning twice a day (morning and night)
• My balcony is cat-proofed with an alarm
• They would appreciate a short play session once a day (just bringing out a toy is fine)
• Otherwise they are low-maintenance and independent

This sit is only suited to someone who intends to live in the apartment and sleep overnight each night.

Pets & farm animals

2 cats, both under 3 years old.

House Tasks

I am very easygoing about cleaning—just tidy up after yourself in whatever rhythm suits you (as you go, daily, or weekly).

A mail room key will be provided for your use if needed.
