The house is situated on one acre of land in Glenview on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The block has extensive native gardens requiring minimal maintenance. We have a contractor engaged for mowing of the block.

Glenview is a semi rural area in the immediate hinterland of Caloundra (20 minutes from Caloundra beaches). The home has three bedrooms plus a study. There is the option to park a caravan on a concrete driveway on the property. Several medical practices exist within a ten minute drive. Nearest supermarkets (Woolworths, IGA) are also within a ten minute drive and there is a Foodland mini mart five minutes away. The nearest recreational park is five minutes away at Ewen Maddock dam. Other parks, restaurants, malls etc. are on the coast within twenty minutes drive.

We have a cat which requires some love so house sitters familiar with looking after cats are highly preferred. We are looking for a couple or single person with no children or pets and our sit dates are fixed. Expected tasks include house maintenance, pet care and some garden maintenance. (This is generally watering potted plants and gardens in the immediate area around the house. The larger grounds are generally self sufficient.)
