About

We live on a small rural forested and grazing property in the Jervis Bay hinterland, 10km from Huskisson.
Our house is comfortable, spacious and functional that includes a guest wing with its own ensuite. The house has a practical and pleasant all electric kitchen with dishwasher, plenty of hot water, ducted aircon, tv etc.
We have a medium sized friendly Staffy-cross dog who enjoys two walks a day but sleeps most of the time and does not bark unless something is afoot. We also have two horses and one shetland pony who require feeding twice per day and general care.
You need to be experienced walking and feeding dogs and feeding/rugging horses. Dog and horse management will take up total approx. 1 -1.5 hours in morning and 1 hour in late afternoon. You need to be reasonably fit to walk the dog on a lead.
Supermarkets, fuel and other services are about 8-10 km away including Woolies Coles Aldi IGA and pharmacies etc.

Pets & farm animals

Walk dog twice a day (half hour morning, 20 mins late afternoon)
Feed, rug if necessary and check water for horses twice per day about 1 hour in morning and 30-45mins evening.
Top up bird bath. Water vege patch if necessary.
