I have a beautiful modern two bedroom home plus study that’s filled with light and sun. I have a small front garden and a rear sun filled north facing back garden and two internal gardens . It’s in a quiet location but only a twelve minute walk to both North Brighton and Church st train stations and bustling shopping centres. A closer group of shops is a few minutes walk away.
I have a very friendly happy dog. She is a gentle Groodle who I could walk with a finger. She rarely pulls on a lead . She 13 years old and in good health and loves and needs to be around people I don’t leave her on her own for more than five hours.
I would like a couple or a single person who works from home or is not usually away from home too much
There is an off leash enclosed area a six minute walk from my home
Or if you wanted you could drive her to the lovely Dendy Park which is all off leash and is about six minutes drive away I usually do this
The beach is less than ten minutes drive away down Dendy st or Bay st.
I am going to Southern Queensland with a friend . If you are interested in this stay, I’d love to meet you before and show you my home and the local walks with Gracie.

A very gentle affectionate usually well behaved Medium sized Groodle who adores affection and people.
