My house is located 15 to 30 minutes from Perth City (depending on traffic), in the northern suburbs. It is near a bus line as well. I have a small/medium size dog (10kg at last check), Maltese/Shitzu cross. He is a very chill boy and friendly. I have a large yard, with an automatic sprinkler system. My house is situated next to a park as well. If you need to stay a bit longer, I am OK with sharing for a short while. I have high speed internet and Disney Plus. You can sit and relax in the recliner chairs to watch.

It is very pleasant sitting out on the patio watching the birds coming to the bird bath.

There is a small shopping centre 10 minutes walk away and a larger shopping centre 20 minutes walk.

Collect mail. Mow lawn if it needs it. Take Max for a walk. Keep my Mulberry & Fig tree alive.
