We live in an Over 55's Village located on the northern shore in Hobart, Tasmania, about a 15 minute drive to the CBD. Our house is a small, free standing, 3 bedroom unit, and consists of a separate lounge room, a master bedroom, a small office room, a craft room, ! bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet and a combined kitchen/dining room. We have Netflix and Brit Box. We also have an enclosed back deck and a garden with a bar-bar-que. There is a roofed carport. We have 2 air cons, so the house is comfortable in all types of weather. Our home is reasonable close to shopping centres, movie theatres, and parks. We have a walking track inside the village, plus some lovely walks nearby, along the dam or by the river. There is a local tavern which does great meals. We have a small older dog, Polly, who needs the company of people and an indoor cat, AnGus, who is quite timid. He spends most of his time in his outdoor catio or under a bed. Both of them are easy to care for, and Polly is very friendly once she gets to know you. We have very pleasant neighbours, who are quite helpful, if needed. If you would like to use the amenities in our village, that will be perfectly fine, IF you are in the company of another resident. Pets & farm animals

We have one older dog, Polly, and one anti social cat, AuGus. Both will require feeding and Polly will need a lot of company and short daily walks, as she get very anxious. AnGus will spend most of his time out in his catio or under the bed.

House Tasks

We would like you to collect the mail, and water the garden and the pot plants, inside and out.
We would be very happy to find our house as we leave it.
