2 bedroom apartment on main road, building has a lift, car space available. Close to parks, beaches, shops, public transport.

Pets & farm animals

1 dog, 13yo mini schnauzer, very easy going. Has had a back issue so need to be able to pick her up when required (7.5kg). Used to someone being home with her most of the time so would like someone to stay who doesn't have to go to work all day ie. retiree or work from home arrangement. She is fine to leave by herself for a few hours at a time. She loves sitting on the lounge next to you watching tv.

House Tasks

Walk the dog each morning (approx 30 mins), prefer to be driven to local park (3 mins away) where there is a flat walk. We have a dog pram so you can walk longer and she can rest her back so she doesn't overdo it. She is fine with other dogs at the park. Feed morning and night. We have grass on the balcony which she has access to 24/7. Check mail.
