Our two-storey 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Victorian terrace is located in a lovely, leafy pocket of Port Melbourne with all amenities on our doorstep. 150m to the North Port tram stop which takes you into the Melbourne CBD in 3 stops, or to the beachfront in 2 - or you will enjoy the pleasant stroll to either. Bay St shops are an easy walk, as is the well-known South Melbourne Market. Surrounded by green spaces, walking and bike paths, cafes, restaurants and some of Port Melbourne's most iconic pubs, this neighbourhood is an inner-city gem with a village feel.

There is ample street parking (a visitors parking permit is available, should you require one), a sunny rear courtyard and a low-maintenance front garden. Our neighbours are welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We would love for you to enjoy the company of our elderly golden Labrador. She enjoys a daily peramble around the local off-leash dog park (100m away) but long walks are now beyond her. She is deaf and her eyesight is failing, and she loves nothing more than to be in a room with her human(s). She was raised as a Seeing Eye Dog puppy, so she is unused to being left alone for more than a few hours at a time; but she'll be happy as long as you are home in time to give her dinner!
