Hello,
We live on the eastern shore of Hobart Tasmania and are needing a mature aged house/pet sitter as we live in an Over 55's Village. We have a small, free standing 3 bed house, with 1 bathroom and extra toilet, separate lounge, combined kitchen/dining room and enclosed back deck. We have a small back yard, with artificial grass, and lots of plant pots. There is a carport, with room to park your car. We have very nice quiet neighbours, who would be happy to help/advise you if necessary. We would be very happy to introduce you to them.
Our village is approximately 15 minutes form the Hobart CBD, and all the city has to offer. There is a local Inn about 5 minutes away, which provides excellent meals, a bottle shop and has accommodation. there is a walking track in the village and easy access to other walks nearby.
As we will leave our home neat and tidy for you, we would respectfully ask that you would leave it as you find it. at the end of the sit.

Pets & farm animals

1 older anxious small dog and 1 timid cat. Ideally, we would like someone who would be around most of the time, as our dog suffers with separation anxiety. Our cat is quite timid and really doesn't interact much, but he does love being brushed. He has access to both the house and his outdoor catio. He is NOT allowed outside. Both animals would require twice daily feeding and fussing over and our little dog would appreciate a short daily walk.

House Tasks

We would like you to water the garden and the indoor and outdoor pots as needed, ( probably once during the week you would be here) and to collect the mail.
