About

We live in an Over 55's Village on the eastern shore in Hobart, Tasmania, about 15 minutes drive to the CBD, and all the attractions Hobart offers. We have a small free standing 3 bedroom unit, with a separate lounge, combined kitchen/dining, 1 full bathroom and a second toilet, a full width enclosed back deck and a covered carport. There is a small yard, with no grass, and a paved area for outdoor use. The 2 aircons keep our home comfortable, whatever the weather.

Pets & farm animals

Polly: , Maltese X Shitzue, 12 years old. Housetrained. Very anxious. Loves to with you all day and sleeps with us every night.
AnGus: extremely timid 4 year old cat, Keeps to himself. Will only require feeding. .

House Tasks

Mainly to make sure Polly and AnGus are well taken care of, Collect mail, tidy yard, water the garden and the pot plants, no mowing required, keep the house clean and tidy.
