We live in an over 50s gated resort Vantage Caboolture Riverfront in a modern lowset 3 Brm, 2 Bthrm free standing home with many facilities like indoor pool, ten pin bowling, Gym, library, tennis court, bowling green, bar, tennis/pickle ball court and so on. There are rules around use of these facilities and visitors must be accompanied by a homeowner which can be arranged. We have a 16year old inside cruisy friendly ragdoll cat Kaly who is allowed outside in the fenced garden area when someone is home, outdoor coldwater fish in 3 ponds on the patio and lots of plants. Applicants cannot bring a pet with them and preferably to be over 50. The Residents and Neighbours are very friendly and supportive.

Pets & farm animals

Kalyco (Kaly) is a 16year old very cruisy friendly indoor ragdoll who is allowed outside in the small fenced yard when someone is at home only. She will find you to sleep with you! She will be clipped so no fur dropping.

House Tasks

Care for cat, fish and small gardens plus normal home care. Collect mail.
