3 bedroom house in the regional town of Beaufort. Walking distance to local shops and train station, 35 mins drive into central Ballarat. My 10 year old Siamese cat, Mimi, and 4 chickens will be home alone for about seven weeks while I’m away working in the UK and need some company! Given it will be spring, the lawn will need mowing but this could also be arranged to be done by a contract gardener if this isn’t in your skillset. Wood fire place for the chilly nights we can get in Spring, as well as reverse cycle air con for the fickle Victorian weather! Double lock up garage available for one car and ample parking at the rear of the property for caravan/campavan if required.

Pets & farm animals

Our cat is an indoor cat with supervised outdoor time during the day. Locked inside at night.

House Tasks

Keeping and eye on the mail, lawn mowing (optional), collecting the eggs and keeping the chicken coop clean.
