Werribee. 1940’s older 4 bedroom family home in need of a few “reno’s.” Far too many pot plants. Questionable interior with various coloured rooms! Boasts a brown bathroom. Wooden floors. Enclosed backyard.
Excellent location for trains to the City or Country. Non-smoking household. Efficient heating & evaporative cooling. Very quiet older neighbours.

Bus stop outside.
2 min drive/ 10 min walk to Werribee train station.
Supermarkets, restaurants, library, cafe’s, outdoor pool 10- 15 minutes walk.
Lovely large park with exercise equipment & BBQ’s -3 min walk.
Very close to Werribee river & trail paths which we enjoy often. Werribee beach, harbour, Werribee Zoo & Werribee Mansion 15-20 min drive away. The beautiful You Yangs regional park & bush walks 25 Min drive away. (Dog friendly)
We have
1 Very loving but anxious Cavoodle (Comet) a walk & 1 meal per day + lots of cuddles. Has become anxious & barks with visitors who are male now for some reason.
2 rescue Cats (sisters, Winter & Moon) preferably to come in at night. 2 meals per day. Enjoy a pat on their own terms!
2 happy wee Budgies, in large cage, replenish seed & water.
2 Tropical fish that merely bloop about, feed every 2 days.
2 Adult bicycles available for use.
Car use could possibly be arranged.

Pets & farm animals

1 small & very loving cavoodle dog (scared of big dogs & guys -even though we have a teenage son)
2 indoor/outdoor shorthair cats
2 budgies who are mates.
2 tropical fish

House Tasks

Collect mail if any. Keep pets alive.
Give our sookie dog lots of love please, I’m worried about being away from her. She will sleep on the bed near your feet if that’s ok please and will enjoy your company through the day if you’re home. Water pots if they look dry. I’ll water all before we leave. Put the bins out please. Watch Netflix. Laze about. Enjoy the passionfruit. Sleep in.
Jump on the trampoline, even if you’re not 10 anymore. Enjoy snuggles with Comet. She doesn’t shed, so I’ll bathe her the day before we go, so she’s soft & floofy. Don’t worry about lawns. I’ll mow prior & after. Take the train to Geelong. Enjoy a walk on the beach. Cycle down by the river & around all of the many connected trails. Watch the local footy 5-10 min walk away.
