Modern spacious kitchen (dishwasher) and bathroom, TV and mobile coverage. Air Con. You will need your own WiFi. NBN is connected, you will need your own account as I do not have one. Dorroughby is 25 minutes from Lismore city, 45 minutes to Byron Bay, 20 minutes to Bangalow and an hour from Coolangatta or Ballina airport. It is on a macadamia orchard, less than five minutes to DUNOON general store, fuel, Post office and Sports Club. This is such a great area and so much to do, Bush walking. 45 minutes to SURF at Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Broken Head or Ballina..
Room for a caravan if required.

She needs to be inside by late afternoon until 7am or thereabouts.
She loves a walk and pat.

House Tasks

Please collect the mail. And spend time with Lulubelle so she has her daily human pats.
Water pots and garden around house.
Keep birdbath and dishes filled with water daily.
Simply enjoy the peaceful area and the bush walk's and other activities available.
