We have a newly built home on a large half-acre lot in Nulkaba, which is located in the wine growing region of the Hunter Valley. The house is a large, single level home, fully insulated for comfort during both summer and winter. It is fully ducted reverse cycle airconditioned, with a large gas heater as well. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary appliances. Fibre to the home provides a fast internet service and streaming for several large TV's. The rear large verandah houses outdoor comfortable furniture as well as a gas BBQ and a spa bath.
