I'm seeking a house sitter for the above dates for my home in Greenvale, Victoria.

I have two pets, a Malshi dog, and a small parrot. In addition to the usual house sitting duties, the only requirements are to entertain and take care of the very curious and affectionate (low maintenance) small parrot, and the dog. The bird is a South American Conure named Cinnamon. She is not a caged bird and is free to fly anywhere in the house. That MUST be maintained.

The dog, Cleo, is a Maltese Shih Tzu X, 21 months old, and apart from feeding, a daily walk and brush, and plenty of lap time in front of the TV, she's also low maintenance.

Very minimal plant watering is required. Plants in the ground will manage, but pot plants will require regular watering, particularly those outside.

I have 14 inside pot plants that will require watering every three to six days, ferns and palms are on different cycles, and misting, with an atomizer, at each watering. Hanging baskets and outdoor pots, may require daily watering, depending on the temperature. Prospective sitters should factor in about 15 minutes a day for plant care.

This is a VERY secure property.

Off street parking is available, on the driveway,

A shopping centre is about 2.0 kms by car, or 1.5 km walking.

A public bus service stop is only a stone's throw away, although I haven't used it, so can't comment on frequency.

Woodlands Historic Park is 5 kms distant if you enjoy nature walks. There are quite a number of different walks, AND a coffee shop!!

Off peak, it's 30 minutes to the city on the Tullamarine Freeway.
