Pets & farm animals

Two Pomeranians BOTH NOT HOUSE-TRAINED.
I have ab 8 year old rescue dog pomeranian x jack russell who is a rescue dog - he has brain trauma from being badly treated and he does not grasp the concept of toilet training so he poops and pees all over the house. I do have the nappies for him but I choose not to use them.
My other dog is a puppy and will be about 3 months old at time of petsit so toilet training will be part of your routine along with all thats entailed with looking after a puppy.
The dogs require 1 walk per day.
I AM SEEKING A NON SMOKER, SOMEONE WHO IS HOME MOST OF THE DAY AND NIGHT who will only leave dogs for a maximum of 4hrs.
My preference is for a middle age to senior person, definitely nobody under age 30
