About

I live in a renovated 3 bedroom semi in Maroubra, about 2 kms from the beach, near a number of parks. There is very little to do other than a little house cleaning and watering a few plants (no lawn). Oh and look after 2 adorable cats.

Ideally I'm looking for a single person or couple
and non-smokers.If you are home for most or part of the day that would be great, but not essential.

Pets & farm animals

Finn (black cat) is 15 years old and very friendly. He loves belly rubs (he's more like a dog) and is the neighbourhood cat as everyone knows him. Lulu (black and white cat) is 11 years old and a little shy. She loves to sit in the sun and visit the neighbours. Alfie is a Maltese mix and is 6 years old.

House Tasks

Keep garden tidy and water the plants; collect mail. General housekeeping but I also have a cleaner come in once a fortnight and a pool man will lose visit if required. Look after the animals.
