The 140 acre rural property is quiet and peaceful and some might consider remote. It is a bush block, great for wildlife watching especially birds and macropods. Afternoons on the deck are lovely. Will suit people who love the bush and being quiet in nature.
20 minutes to the nearest supermarket at Pomona. Noosa is 40 minutes away. Kin Kin pub is open weekends for good food.

Pets & farm animals

One old cat (Puss) who sleeps inside at night but is allowed outside during the day providing she doesn't sit under the birdbath! She sleeps most of the time.

House Tasks

Collect mail. Clean cat litter. Incidental cleaning; Puss doesn't always make it to the litter box.
