Two story, four bedroom home, with butlers pantry and balcony. Ensuite bathroom upstairs. Three bedrooms downstairs (one with queen sized bed) with a separate toilet and bathroom downstairs, kitchen and living room upstairs. House is very roomy and comfortable. Laundry is downstairs. No need to do the gardening and the house cleaner will take care of the major cleaning once while I am away so all that is left is your basic stuff. Very quiet area with wetlands nearby and lots of walking tracks. Shopping centre is a three minute drive and the bus stop is literally across the road. My fur babies are Rusty the kelpie who loves a walk and is 3 years old and Millie is my kitty cat who is 6. I will be gone for two weeks for work and this could possibly be ongoing for someone who is interested. Internet, streaming services, gas and electricity etc are all included with no charge, security cameras and a big kitchen for people who like to cook.
