I have a 3yo Border Collie that is the goodest of boys. He does require a walk a day and would be your best friend if you threw the ball for him. He loves a good cuddle on the couch. Food requirements are breakie and dinner kibble, with half a carrot for treats.
I have a small 3 bedroom cottage style house located close to amenities. You will have the guest room to yourself with an empty wardrobe for use. Living area is nice and cozy, with an extra sunroom to relax and read a book. Functional kitchen with dishwasher, separate laundry with washer and dryer. Big A/C unit in lounge is reverse cycle to keep you warm. Separate garage to protect your car from the weather. I have subscriptions to Crunchyroll (anime) and Viki rakuten (asian drama), but happy to sign up to Netflix or Amazon for this duration, just let me know. Indoor plants would need watering fortnightly. Lawn mowed fortnightly (ish).
