About

We have a four bedroom home with two used as studies. There are two bathrooms which have recently been renovated. The kitchen has also undergone renovation. The house is situated on a steep block with panoramic water views. This also means there are steps within the house but access is via an internal garage.
The house has air conditioning and Wi-Fi and excellent internet access.
The home is in the southern suburbs of Sydney. We have good access to the Royal National Park, Miranda Fair and the local shops are about a three minute drive away. There is a local bus service and a railway service into the city or down to the south coast.
Our pet is a small to medium sized dog who is a Staffie/Jack Russell cross. His name is Jack.
