About

We are looking for someone to stay at our place in Mapleton and look after our two border collies. We have a nicely renovated house that is small but has everything you need: a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, one small bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The house was completely redone 2 years ago so it's all new and fresh. We also have a large outdoor terrace to enjoy and a large flat yard. Our dogs are very well behaved and easy to look after, especially if you don't mind walking them twice a day. There is a lovely ~30-40 min loop around Mapleton that is flat and safe. Our dogs are not high drive, they need their sniff walks + a little bit of ball throwing in the yard. Otherwise, they are very easy and cuddly.

Pets & farm animals

Our dogs - Fitzgerald (5.5y boy) and Holiday (3.5y girl) - are very well behaved and easy to look after, especially if you don't mind walking them twice a day. There is a lovely ~30-40 min loop around Mapleton that is flat and safe. There are also a few really awesome dog-friendly walk/hikes around our area. Our dogs are not high drive, they need their sniff walks + a little bit of ball throwing in the yard. Otherwise, they are very easy and cuddly. They can easily stay on their own for up to 6 hours, but no longer please.

Mowing the lawn if necessary, but should not be much given the season
