Hello there,

I am looking for a reliable and clean-living house sitter (or couple) to look after my comfortable home in the quiet suburb of Paradise while I am overseas. If you enjoy a balance of nature and city convenience, this is a great spot.

My home is a short stroll from the River Torrens Linear Park. It’s lovely for morning walks, picnics by the river, birdwatching, or even cycling all the way into the city or toward the hills.

The nearby Adelaide O-Bahn will take you into the Adelaide CBD in 15 minutes.

I would prefer a person or couple who can stay for longer (ideally the whole or most of the period) but will consider all applicants.

House Tasks

General Upkeep: Keeping the house clean and secure.

Garden Care: Mowing the lawns (front and back), maintaining the garden and indoor plants.

Mail: Collecting and keeping mail organized.

Maintain the pool chemistry and equipment (full instructions provided, it should only take about 20-30 minutes per month in the winter) .
