I have a modern house located in Seaford Heights, 5 minute drive to the beach and a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Mclaren Vale. A very low maintenance front and backyard, security, comfortable, wifi, easy maintenance. ducted heating/cooling.

There is a home office with a screen, not set up currently but happy to set up if you work from home.

One friendly dog, Frankie who is house trained. She needs a 30 minute walk first thing in the morning and a 30-45 minute walk in the afternoons. Can be left alone for up to 9 hours during the day if you're working.
