Ground floor 1 of only 2 apartments. Very peaceful location. Cozy 3 bedroom, 5 minutes from Warrandyte river, 10 minutes to supermarket. 2 minutes to a beautiful reserve with ducks, bus stop on the corner. Fully cat escape proof courtyard with no maintenance required except water a few pots. 3 cats to mind, feed and play with. Luna is 13 and very quiet but very affectionate. Mars is 2 and a half, loves to play and will only cuddle at night when he sleeps on my bed with his teddy bear. Jethro is a tiny little 5 year old girl who is very sweet and likes a lap cuddle. All have their own distinct personalities, Mars and Jethro are play buddies and Luna keeps to herself. They spend a lot of time sleeping so it can be very quiet here for hours. Cats require feeding twice a day and are quite low maintenance.

Pets & farm animals

3 cats. Very easy to look after. Feed twice a day and attend to kitty litter on a regular basis which is several times a day.
