Very comfortable, low maintenance, uncluttered house on a canal, with spacious outdoor area and pool
The bedroom has a King Bed and en-suite

Applicants will need to be able to walk our gorgeous dog Gracie, twice a day for half an hour (or more ??)
It’s a 10 minute walk from the house to the park and off leash dog beach
And obviously feed her
She sleeps outside and comes inside when invited

She’s very obedient, but needs someone who loves and knows dogs

No gardening per se, just maybe pick up the odd frond that may fall down

Keeping the house clean and yard tidy
Modern kitchen and 2 living areas

Keep an eye on the pool and anything that is required we will pay for

One garage space and full security system
