ABOUT
Our quiet Bentleigh home is spacious, quiet and green.
It is the perfect location for anyone who's a fan of gaming, whether board games or video games, as the house has a vast collection of both.

LOCATION
In terms of location, it is a quiet suburban house that's the perfect distance away from all the useful amenities.
- The house is a minute away from Victory Park, which is great for recreation or rest.
- It is 10 minutes from Patterson train station which goes directly to CBD.
- It is 10 minutes from Centre road, which has supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and basically anything you could need.

AMENITIES
There are 3 bedrooms in the house, as well as a spacious living and dining room.
The amenities included in the house are:
- Centralized electric cooling/heating AC (vents in every bedroom).
- Well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, etc.
- Great wi-fi with lightning-fast internet
- Large king-sized bed with comfortable mattress
- Large outdoors area
- Shower
- Laundry washing & drying machines
- Pantry with ingredients and snacks free for you to use
- Massive collection of video game consoles spanning decades, available for you to play
- Large board game collection available for you to play

Pets & farm animals

Two shorthair domestic cats, both 1-years-old.

House Tasks

- Cats: First and foremost, we have two 1-year-old indoor cats who need to be looked after. Duties include:
1. Feeding twice a day (wet & dry food mixed)
2. Providing meds twice a day (spoon with a snack, nothing crazy)
3. Cleaning out litter boxes
4. Occasional playing & cuddles

- Garden: There is no grass, but if it hasn't rained in 2 or more days please water the garden with a hose

- Cleanliness - Basically return the house in a cleanliness state similar to as you got it
