Our single level 4 bedroom home with a double garage is located near the foothills of the Illawarra Escarpment in the quiet suburb of Tullimbar. We have a separate guest room and bathroom to the rear of the house. The house is easy care and we have reliable wifi, good mobile signal (but only if you’re with Telstra, which is a bit annoying). We have Netflix and other apps on our tv.
Our small lawn front and back of the house and at the moment, vegetable garden plots as well as regular garden front and back which we’d like to have tended whilst we are away.
Our elderly cat, Lily is very timid and anxious with strangers. She sleeps in the laundry each night and is content to wander and nap out the enclosed backyard through the day. She doesn’t wander and enjoys snuggling up on your lap (once she get used to you).
There is a shopping village(Woolworths/BWS/Chemist etc) within walking distance or 3 min drive in nearby Calderwood and it is a 15 minute drive to the large Shellharbour Square. We are 20 mins from beaches, golf courses, and plenty of scenic walks in the beautiful Kiama & Illawarra region.
We’d prefer a single person or couple without kids (Lily gets very anxious with children for some reason). Non smoker.
