Beautiful semi rural area in Perth Hills on 5 acres. Peaceful location surrounded by native bush.
We have a 3x2 house with chooks and 2 dogs that need looking after.
The house is comfortable and appointed with heating, a fire place, WiFi dishwasher and all the normal mod cons.
There is a pool too but likely too cold for swimming.
The dogs are indoor dogs and used to plenty of company. They are very low maintenance otherwise but love a daily walk in the bush at the back of our property.
There is a veggie patch you can raid also.
20 mins from the Swan Valley, 10 mins to Mundaring shops. 45 mins to the city.
