Our 2-year-old golden retriever is a gentle, friendly and enthusiastic with people and dogs. She likes two walks a day and knows many of the dogs and their owners in the neighbourhood, where there are several reserves, cafes and dog parks. She also likes to play with her toys in the back yard – and at other times to take long naps. On her walks, she can be quite lively, so would be great if you're used to handling a medium-sized dog, with young-ish energy. This sit would suit a mature, caring person or couple who would enjoy spending time with her. We're looking for someone who might work from home or be around a fair bit – but she's also happy to be at home on her own for a few hours.

Our lovely 3-4 bedroom home is in a leafy neighbourhood right on public transport and about 15 mins from the beach. It's spacious, comfortable and fairly new, with a low maintenance garden in front and back – no gardening required.
