We're looking for someone to look after our sweet old girl, Moose.

About Moose:

Moose is a 14 year old Jack Russell. She is a dignified old lady. Moose is generally low energy due to her old age, but still has bursts of energy when you bring out her favourite toys! In general the feedback I've gotten from pet sitters is that she's easy! I certainly find her to be.
She loves people, but prefers to come to you rather than you go to her. And she will definitely come to you for cuddles.
Moose sleeps inside in her own bed, but the bed will need to be in the same room as you.
Moose does not have any regular medications, however if she is anxious she does have a short acting anti-anxiety medication you can give her, but I haven't needed to use it for years and no pet sitter has had to use it.

About the house:

We have a cute cottage in East Geelong on a quiet street. It has some original features but has also been renovated so is relatively modern.

You’ll be staying in a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and there is also a dedicated office, ideal for those who work from home. Has 2 living spaces - lounge room and separate T.V. room with large coffee table - perfect for watching movies and snacking.

There is a reverse cycle air conditioner that heats and cools the home well. Please note there is no central heating.

There are some really cute cafes all within walking distance, a bakery, and only a short walk to some lovely parks. Close to South Geelong train station too if you need to catch a train anywhere.

Only a 3 min drive or 20 min walk to Eastern Beach, and a 30 min drive to the famous Torquay beaches.

Dates are approximate, from approx 31 May - 30 June. If you are unable to do the first few days or last few days, or can only do part of the sit, we'd still like to hear from you.
