My house is an old brick and tile located within walking distance of the train station, shopping centre, pubs and restaurants. Grass will need mowing in winter. Just keeping the house tidy otherwise. Prefer mature age person or couple. No parties or pets. My neighbors are quiet. As this is a long 3 month winter sit, looking for sitter to contribute to their utiliity usage (eg heating). May be able to provide use of an ebike if wanted. Thank you.
