My house is walking distance to central Albany, a picturesque town in the Great Southern region of WA. It is a two level 3x2 with the main bedroom and living space on the upper (street) level. There are internal stairs to the laundry and back yard but both are also accessible via a few steps from the carport.
The sunny north facing balcony has views out to the Stirling Ranges and Porongurups. There are bush walks close by, beautiful coastline and beaches to explore, The National Anzac Centre and a lively cultural scene to enjoy.
My 16 year old Ragdoll cat, Oscar, is an affectionate boy who sleeps most of the day on my bed after a morning sit on the balcony and a brief walk in the backyard. He loves a cuddle and a brush. He has cat litter to be tended to and requires a monthly visit to the vet for an arthritis injection.
There are pot plants and house plants to keep an eye on and water if necessary.
