Our beach cottage 3 bedroom home is in beautiful Killcare on the Central Coast, NSW.
We have a sunny kitchen and two living areas and a screened outdoor verandah for relaxing and dining. We enjoy a rambling large backyard and garden with a veggie garden and a covered restored caravan.
.The beach is an easy walk or 5 minute drive. We can walk from home into the Bouddi National Park, and there is bike riding along the bay with a couple of cafes and restaurants. We are 2 hours from Sydney by train leaving from WoyWoy. There is also a half hour ferry ride from Wagstaff to Palm Beach.
We have a 12 year old kelpie cross named Yakarn. She was a rescue dog from a remote Aboriginal Community and her name means crescent moon in Kuitja language. Yakarn likes hanging around people and spending time with us. Unfortunately she has become very reactive to other dogs and and is often anxious to leave the house.
We do not allow her near babies and toddlers.

House Tasks

Collect mail.
Water pot plants and garden if required.
Put bins out Sundays
Empty kitchen compost
Pick up dog poo from yard and place in special dog poo compost
Leave home as found
