About

We have a small house in a quiet street in Heidelberg West. The house has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed; and one used as a study with a single bed. There's a lounge, dining room, well-equipped modern kitchen, and a million books. The garden features veggie and herb beds and fruit trees. There's a dishwasher, reverse-cycle aircon/heater, off-street parking, and all the usual appliances.
It is walking distance to several different bus stops and Northland shopping centre and cinema, Darebin bike path and various parks, and a short drive to Rosanna station (Hurstbridge line train), to Heidelberg and Rosanna villages, Ivanhoe or Rosanna libraries, the legendary Preston Market and High Street restaurants, La Trobe University and the Polytech.
We are looking for someone reliable (non-smoker) who can water the garden if it's dry and feed the cat (and give him a bit of attention).
Not suitable for small children due to old and sharp artefacts around the house.

Pets & farm animals

One fairly chilled (inside) cat who likes someone to sit on and play with from time to time.

House Tasks

Collect mail, repel invaders and pirates, water garden if it doesn't rain.
