We live at Caravonica, 15 minutes drive to Cairns CBD, 10 minutes to beaches and waterholes, 5 minutes to shopping centre/restarants. Bus stop nearby. We have a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (incl spa in master ensuite) with a large outdoor area and pool. The house can be fully air-conditioned. It is adjacent to parklands and lake with walking/bike tracks for miles. It is a quiet estate and the house/yard is quite private. There is a small garden, pool and lawns to maintain (may be OK dependent on rain/growth). We also have a delightful 13 year old Standard Schnauzer 'Nixie' who needs looking after. She needs medication twice a day (takes it no problem), loves a little walk and sleeps a lot!
