4 Therapy Horses - mature geldings, very well handled and trained, need checking on every day. They live in the paddock.

4 bedroom farmhouse with good wifi and lots of verandahs to relax on. Aircon and fans for the hot summer days, as well as a fire place for winter.

Dungog is the closest town (15 km) with a friendly community and all amenities - shopping, cinema, pub, post office.
The Dungog Common is also very popular for mountain biking with flow tracks and other cycling/walking tracks.
We have several friendly neighbours that used to us going away and always willing to help, if the need arises.
Pets & farm animals
One friendly miniature sausage dog - she is 10 years old and loves company.<br /><br />Four horses - they are used as therapy horses and are very well trained. They need checking on every day and given a feed at night.
