Hi, We require responsible housesitters who have previously housesat before (with references) for a 4 bedroom house on 4 acres at Samford. Require someone to live in to be company for 2 dogs, one Border Collie who requires regular walks, and a Maltese/Shitzu cross who just loves company. Cat just likes a regular meal and cozy place to sleep. Pool which is on automatic chlorinator so just there to enjoy. Need to be able to manage steps ok. Very quiet area end of cul de sac and away from neighbors so must be able to enjoy peace and quiet. Shops 5 min drive away. Wrap around veranda with peaceful views across the valley. Little dog needs to be inside at night or will bark. Must be willing to walk dogs. Lots of beautiful walking trails around area. Thanks!
Pets & farm animals
Dogs just need daily feeding and walk. Many beautiful walks around area. Beach is about 30 mins away. Cat just needs a daily feed. 3 chickens, 2 ducks have automatic feeders and waterers just just need top ups. Not much to do, just would prefer dogs have company rather than going to kennels.
House Tasks
Other than pet care, throw chlorine in pool now and again. Gardens are all native plants, so easy. Collect mail from letterbox would be a bonus. Main attraction is the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Nearest shops 3 min dry away. Train station 10 mins drive. Very dry at the moment but usually overlooks a beautiful green valley.
