Our house is situated in a quiet street. You can hear the sea at night. It's a renovated 1925 house with most modern conveniences except an ensuite. Wooden floors and open kitchen dining area with a formal lounge. You'll have access to one bedroom as the rest are in use as storage at the moment. We have a reasonable size secure back garden in which we grow fruit vegetables and anything else to sustain us. Shops cafes restaurants are within walking distance and a bus route is a short walk away. We would love to hear from a single person or a couple who would love to walk our dog twice a day. He is a great obedient dog and well trained but needs someone who loves to get out. Our neighbourhood is dog friendly with beaches and parks very close by. Pets & farm animals
Our dog is a Kelpie. He is well trained and very sociable. He needs daily regular walks. Great ion both the lead and loves being off the kead. He is responsive to hand and voice commands. Hes a companion so would suit someone who will can be around the home or retired.
