Semi rural, 2-1/2 acres, 1-1/2 km from Gisborne in a court of 6 similar size homes and gardens.
Our home is passively cooled (but some rooms have overhead fans) and a wood-burning firebox is great if it gets cold.
27 year old house with beautiful trees, lawns and garden beds. Lots of bird life.
Located about 1-1/2 km from Gisborne.
Local bus to town and station available at specific times.
Train to/from Melbourne runs hourly and it is an hour’s trip by train to the city.
Would like mail collected, garden watered and a person(s) who likes living in a civilised decor. Small children may not be suitable for this house though..

From 23/12 to 31/12 there will be two older male, neutered cats, who do not go outside, to look after. They are both quite shy, but friendly when they get to know you.
