Hi, we are looking for a reliable pet loving housesitter or couple to look after our friendly 10 year old corgi/kelpie cross dog, Ben while we are away on a Christmas trip to Canada. We leave on the 16th December and return early on the 4th January.
Our house is a one level three bedroom home in a quiet area. It has air conditioning (you will need it at this time of year) and open covered parking for one car. It is close to Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre and a short drive to Darra train station, or buses run from the bottom of the street to the city. The home is also close to the motorway to the Gold Coast. The house is low maintenance but, as it is a hot time of year, we would appreciate if our pot plants could be watered.
Ben is also low maintenance! He loves company but is used to staying at home alone on work days (approx. 6 hours). When we are home, he is an inside dog. He needs a walk every couple of days, feeding once a day and water. He loves to chase his ball in the shade in the backyard in the afternoons.
