We have a lovely large modern 4 bedroom house with beautiful views of the countryside located on 5 acres, 6 minutes drive from the main township in Ballan. Ballan is approx 1 hour from Melbourne and half an hour from both Ballarat and Daylesford.The main town of Ballan has all the shops needed to live comfortably, pubs, supermarket, chemist, post office, newsagent, bakery, 2 x takeaway shops (the best chinese and pizza around!!) as well as cafes and specialty shops.We have a pool that would require basic maintenance every couple of days which you are welcome to use and an outdoor area with BBQWiFi and Foxtel available
Pets & farm animals
We have a Clydesdale, who requires a daily feed and hay top up and filling her water as required. She needs her fly veil put on in the mornings and taken off at night. 5 chickens who enjoy being let out during the day for a wander around the property . They love their treats. You need to make sure they have food and water. You are welcome to eat any eggs that they lay. We also have 2 semi friendly sheep who pretty much look after themselves but enjoy sharing the horses food. Our 2 indoor only cats require feeding twice a day and their litter trays cleaned on a daily basis. We have a puppy who will be approx 10 months old at the time of the sit. Info on the little guy to be updated once we know what he is like closer to the time (a new family member coming very soon)
House Tasks
If the weather is warm and not much rain a few plants out the front will require watering every few days. We also have a pool that would require basic maintenance every couple of days which you are welcome to use.
